Obama: I reversed recession until ‘bad luck’ hit | Campaign 2012

The Federal Election Committee refused to stop, or prosecute, that credit card donations were flying in from the Middle east in amounts just under $200.

The Black Panthers interfering with elections in Philly were not prosecuted as that stinking Eric Holder said he could not prosecute his people.

Even the LA Times was prescient in defining that Obama could not be touched as he was black when they penned, “Barack, the Magic Negro”: http://tinyurl.com/2bkefq

It’s a great thing for a red-blooded American who is a decedent of slaves to become President. Unfortunately, Obama is not that man, has led a life of luxury from sources still unknown, and has had involvement with subversive groups his entire life. Those groups and the very wealthy have brought him to power and he has exceeded their wildest desires. The rest of us are getting a depression.

A great read is by former IMF president Simon Johnson (2007-2008) in The Atlantic Monthly (online) entitled “The Quiet Coup”. In May 2009 he urged America to not do what third world nations do and build an oligarchy as they will control the government when all is said and done. Obama is just one of many puppets; raised from birth to ascend to positions for others to profit. An informative book is “Dupes: How America’s Enemies Have Used Progressives Against Us For 100 Years”. It appears that they managed to get one to the highest office in the land. Obama should be impeached for many violations of his oath of office and breach of the law. John Locke would be asking us if we need the chains to rattle before we realize we are all slaves. Anarchy is no form of government, so we should do this now under the law to remain a nation of laws. If he is given 4 more years I fear we will be past the ability to restore this great nation through the ballot box. And if so, all is lost.

Do not waste your time trying to convert liberals. That is their religion. Few of the brainwashed will ever be awakened enough to find that they do not have minds of their own. Speak to independents and get them out to vote, for at the ballot box is where they need to be defeated. Then, with the republicans unfortunately being the only viable choice, we need to run good men and woman against those who have locked themselves into their do-nothing jobs and obtain a Congress that works for the people. We have 2 years to change this nation. Then all is lost if this despicable Liar-in-Chief manages to retain power and feed his oligarchs as the rest of America lines the food stamps rolls.

IMF bombshell: Age of America nears end

Commentary: China’s economy will surpass the U.S. in 2016

By Brett Arends, MarketWatch

BOSTON (MarketWatch) — The International Monetary Fund has just dropped a bombshell, and nobody noticed.

For the first time, the international organization has set a date for the moment when the “Age of America” will end and the U.S. economy will be overtaken by that of China.

The Obama deficit tour

The Wall Street Journal’s Steve Moore critiques the president’s speeches attacking Republican budget plans.

And it’s a lot closer than you may think.

According to the latest IMF official forecasts, China’s economy will surpass that of America in real terms in 2016 — just five years from now.

Put that in your calendar.

It provides a painful context for the budget wrangling taking place in Washington, D.C., right now. It raises enormous questions about what the international security system is going to look like in just a handful of years. And it casts a deepening cloud over both the U.S. dollar and the giant Treasury market, which have been propped up for decades by their privileged status as the liabilities of the world’s hegemonic power.

According to the IMF forecast, whoever is elected U.S. president next year — Obama? Mitt Romney? Donald Trump? — will be the last to preside over the world’s largest economy.

Most people aren’t prepared for this. They aren’t even aware it’s that close. Listen to experts of various stripes and they will tell you this moment is decades away. The most bearish will put the figure in the mid-2020s.

But they’re miscounting. They’re only comparing the gross domestic products of the two countries using current exchange rates.

That’s a largely meaningless comparison in real terms. Exchange rates change quickly. And China’s exchange rates are phony. China artificially undervalues its currency, the renminbi, through massive intervention in the markets.

Post Tax Day, Obama jokes about re-thinking position on taxing wealthy – CBS News Video

Since the 1920s two platform staples of the Democrats has been “to close the tax loopholes,” and raise taxes on the wealthy.

Democrats have controlled the House of Representative 63 years of the last 77 years and the Senate 58 years of the last 77 years. The only loopholes that exist do so by their choice. During the

  • Eisenhower term in office the top marginal personal income tax rate was 91.25%.
  • President Kennedy cut the rate an average per year to 79.4%. Federal income tax revenue increased 55.81%.
  • Gross Domestic Product increased 56.35%
  • During the Carter term in office the top marginal personal income tax rate was 79.00%.
  • President Reagan cut the rate an average per year to 65.41%. Federal income tax revenue increased 65.41%.
  • Gross Domestic Product increased 68.72%.
  • During the Clinton term in office the top marginal personal income tax rate was 39.60%.
  • President Bush cut the rate an average per year to 35.46%.
  •  Federal income tax revenue increased 34.55%.
  • Gross Domestic Product increased 34.16%
  • During periods of low taxes the wealthy invest in U.S. corporations providing capital for business growth, expansion, improvements of infrastructure and job creation. During periods of high taxes they focus on protecting their wealth by moving their money to tax shelters which deprives corporation of capital for growth and eliminates jobs.

Henninger: A Presidency to Nowhere – WSJ.com

No president before Barack Obama has been so right and so wrong.

When in his State of the Union speech Mr. Obama said, “This is our generation’s Sputnik moment,” citing the emergence of global competition from the likes of China and India, he was right.

Minutes later he proposed to cover the country with high-speed rail and companies making solar shingles.

High-speed rail and solar shingles? If that’s the president’s idea of meeting our Sputnik moment, then Houston, we have a problem.

About halfway into the speech, I began to wonder: What is John Boehner thinking? Let’s first welcome back the tradition of House Speakers who bring nothing but a poker face to the State of the Union. (The vice president re-tightening his tie in the middle of the speech was a minor Biden classic.)

On Glenn Beck’s Event – 8/28/10

Glenn Beck’s event at the Lincoln Memorial was totally resonating with many, many americans. Estimates of attendees are 300-500,000 and viewers on Facebook approx. 150,000 and double that on C-Span. I don’t have an account on other radio stations that broadcasted it, but I think that altogether we can say viewership was about 1 million.

For anyone who watched I can say that the event was quite inclusive, sincere and remarkable in how peaceful and organized it was.

There is magic on Glenn and one must wander what is it that makes him connect with people. There is no denying that our America is at a crossroads and we are in grave danger of losing our identity because the party in power and followers are on a stubborn transformational journey of social justice and reparations that goes against all of the principles and legacy left by our forefathers.

Glenn Beck’s message was one of EQUAL Justice for all and INDIVIDUAL responsibility and that is why it connects with many americans. It is time to regain our country from the abyss where it highjacked by liberals with a socialist agenda that caused a left turn on our destiny.

For those of you who are against our core values, let me advise you that there is a great re-awakening and everything under our power will be done to change the course of our destiny and get back on track.

For you see, we are very patient because we know the greatness of this country, but there comes a point where we will intercede and stop any currents that want to change our country away from our core values.

Liberals, socialists, marxists, that have taken control, we warn you that you will be thoroughly rejected and in a peaceful way, with the power of our vote.

Glenn has taken us on a true journey of the real HOPE and CHANGE that we expected and we never received.

Mr. Obama needs to start focusing on getting another job, because come Nov. 2012 he will be fired. And his political life will be totally miserable come Nov. 2010 when he will lose control of Congress.

Mr. Obama needs to learn a lesson that social justice and black liberation theology DOES NOT work in this country. This is nothing more than a perversion of our values and indeed it was not the message that Martin Luther King spoke so valiantly about.

We are getting back to valuing individual freedoms and responsibilities. For it is the individual who controls their destiny in this country and not the social collectivity as believed by Obama and all his socialist followers. That experiment has failed and we are about to change course.

Let’s prepare for our peaceful revolution through the power of our vote!

Bad Omen for Obama and Democrats « Thomas Jefferson Club Blog

When a swing state votes overwhelmingly against a president’s biggest accomplishment, there is trouble on the horizon for that president and his political party. That is exactly what just happened in Missouri where the people voted, almost 3 to 1, to strike down the Obamacare mandate to purchase health care insurance. Missouri certainly came out swinging.

This is a loud and clear negation of Obama’s imagined mandate to “fundamentally” change America and a good indication of the direction independent voters are taking. Obama and Democrats were preparing to boast about administration accomplishments in upcoming campaigns for mid-term elections, stressing the passage of the stimulus and health care bills as reasons to keep the Democrat majority in Congress. Perhaps they will now re-think that strategy.

American Thinker: The Prophet of the Ruling Class

A MUST READ ARTICLE ABOUT GOVERNMENT CONTROL

In the past nineteen months, a three-judge panel has agreed to decide whether the gay marriage ban enacted by the voters of California should be overturned. The FCC has attempted to impose net neutrality, is considering reinstating the fairness doctrine to silence talk radio, and now speaks of phasing out “free” non-cable TV. Attorney General Holder has waged a virtual war against Arizona’s attempt to defend itself against unchecked immigration. Congress has created an office of consumer affairs with broad powers to regulate financial and other transactions. An all-powerful, activist director like Elizabeth Warren will be appointed in the coming weeks. A European-style bureaucrat has been appointed to direct the rationing of Medicare and Medicaid services. And the EPA may now decide on whether to ban lead in hunting and fishing supplies.

Prop C passes overwhelmingly

Prop C passes overwhelmingly

Missouri voters on Tuesday overwhelmingly rejected a federal mandate to purchase health insurance, rebuking President Barack Obama’s administration and giving Republicans their first political victory in a national campaign to overturn the controversial health care law passed by Congress in March.

“The citizens of the Show-Me State don’t want Washington involved in their health care decisions,” said Sen. Jane Cunningham, R-Chesterfield, one of the sponsors of the legislation that put Proposition C on the August ballot. She credited a grass-roots campaign involving Tea Party and patriot groups with building support for the anti-Washington proposition.

FOXBusiness.com – SEC Says New FinReg Law Exempts It From Public Disclosure

Our freedoms continue to erode under this administration.  I find it amazing what’s going on right under our noses and the general public is largely unaware!  Under a little-noticed provision of the recently passed financial-reform legislation, the Securities and Exchange Commission no longer has to comply with virtually all requests for information releases from the public, including those filed under the Freedom of Information Act.
